(1) Tech. Programme: Presenting Authors (including New Products Technology session, Oral-only session, excluding Students), Session chairs/co-chairs
(2) Member: SAE, JSAE, ANCMA, ANFIA, MOVET.
(3) Students (PhD or Undergraduate), including a student presenting author, must include during registration procedure a letter from their program director, chief of service or faculty advisor to be eligible for reduced fees.
(4) All Presenters are required to register and make payment by Friday, September 19, 2025. Please contact the Conference Secretariat if you encounter any difficulties. Otherwise, your paper will be deemed as withdrawn and will not appear in the proceedings.

The payment of the technical tours fees can be done as follows:

Payments by bank transfer will be possible until Friday, October 17, 2025.
From Saturday, October 18, 2025 only credit card payment will be accepted.

Booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of payment. Participants do not need to request the invoice since AIM Italy will issue and send invoices to all participants with confirmed and registered payment as per Italian regulation on incoming payments.

 

Cancellation Policy

The cancellation should be notified to the Organizing Secretariat AIM Group International in writing only. The registration fees less than 25% administrative charges will be refunded if the cancellation is announced before September 25, 2025. After this date no refund will be possible. Refunds will be processed and issued 60 days after the congress.

 

Unexpected Cancellation of the Event or Impossibility to Hold it

In the unlikely case that the SETC 2025 cannot be held in whole or in part due to any event beyond the Organisers’ control or force majeure (such as riot, fire, explosion, accident, flood, earthquake, sabotage, strikes, pandemic, acts of any government, etc.) the Congress Organisers cannot be held liable for any damage, cost, or loss incurred, such as registration fee or any other direct or indirect loss or consequential damage.
