Abstract Submission

Abstracts must be submitted online through the MyTechZone website and may only be directed to one session. Submissions must be original and unpublished. Once accepted, contributors agree not to publish their paper through other outlets prior to the conference.

Paper Acceptance

Papers will be selected based on a rigorous, organizer-moderated peer review process of review-ready manuscripts.

Open Access (OA) Opportunities

  • The 10 best papers will be selected by the Technical Committee and will be published as Gold Open Access, at no cost to the authors, in the SAE International Journal of Advances and Current Practices in Mobility.
  • Authors of other accepted papers may opt to publish their work as open access. For these cases, an Article Publication Charge (APC) of $900 will apply.
